LOST IN TRANSLATION

Content and Comment
The american actor Bob (played by Bill Murray) is coming to Japan to make a TV-Commercial for Suntory-Whiskey. But Bob is totally lost in the colourful-hectic country where he doesn't speak the language and the translation is much shorter than the actual Japanese. He lives just in his hotel untli the day, where he gets to know Charlotte (Scarlett Johannson) and tries to do a 'prison-break'. Bob starts to enjoy his stay and even has some fun in the country where everything is so different.

I can only say: SEE THIS MOVIE!!!
It is one of the best movies I have seen for a long time and during the movie, I thought I am the only one who will like it due to the fact, that I have been to Japan a few times by myself in the last years and I know Bob's feelings. But after the movie,  my friends  also liked the movie a lot and this somehow surprised me.
You really have to see it, because it is a wonderful story beautifully told by the director Sofia Coppola. You really feel whole atmosphere of the movie. I really hope, that the movie will get a lot of Acedemy Awards this year, even it might be tough for the Director to to Peter Jacksons final part of 'The Lord of the Rings Trilogy', but at least Bill Murray should finally get one!!!
